This evaluation aims to assess the effect of GPE (2017-2021) support for education in Zimbabwe. In this context, we used a contribution analysis to develop a contextual understanding of the environment in which UNICEF’s intervention has taken place. Additionally, a value-for-money analysis was conducted to measure how well the programme performed in relation to key objectives within the earmarked resources.
